This statement describes IPlife policy concerning information that you provide us when using the IPlife Communication Service (“Service”). This statement is part of IPlife’s Terms of Use (also referred to as “End User Agreement”). By using the Service, you agree to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Protecting your privacy and in particular your personal data is very important to us. Subject to the requirements of applicable law, we strive to provide a consistent set of privacy practices wherever we provide the Service. We comply with the applicable data protection and telecommunications legislation when processing personal data.
The processing for which your data are being collected is intended to allow the provision of the Service subscribed by you, to facilitate the communication by electronic means and or to allow us develop future or enhanced services. Such purposes are further described below.

Personal Information and Aggregate Information

We also collect information automatically about your use of the Service (“Aggregate Information”). This information includes your browsing patterns on our website. Any information of this kind is only used in aggregate form and none of the data includes any information that would enable you or any other individual to be identified. We use information in its aggregate form to monitor usage of the Service and review product demand as an aid to future development. We sometimes share this anonymous information with carefully selected third parties working with us to provide the Service.

We collect Personal Information in order to provide the Services requested by You, (including providing customer support, resolving disputes, collecting fees, comparing information for accuracy and information security purposes, verifying your identity) and in order to comply with legal requirements under applicable law such as data retention and interception obligations. IPlife will not use your Personal Information for other purposes than providing the Services or in any other way than described above without your unambiguous prior consent thereto. We neither rent nor sell your personal information to anyone. You will not receive from us any commercial solicitations.
If and to the extent it is necessary for the provision of the Services, IPlife may transfer your Personal Information to, and your Personal Information will be collected, processed and used by, other companies of the IPlife group (subsidiary and associated companies of IPlife) or third parties (such as your IPlife Agent), however, in each case only if, to the extent and for as long as permitted under applicable law. Otherwise, will not disclose your Personal Information to any third party unless we are reasonably requested by law enforcement or where we need to disclose to a supplier in order to provide the Service.
We use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer software to protect the security of your personal information during transmission, which encrypts the information you input.
We provide physical and technological barriers to our storage of Personal Information and limit access to employees who need your information to assist you. Accordingly your Personal Information will be accessed and or used by the following categories of recipients: Customer Care, Network Operations Center, Marketing and System Administration.

The Service integrates third party information directly and by links. IPlife does not have influence over the way in which the providers of linked websites make use of the information shown on these pages. If you have any questions in this respect, please contact these other companies directly. We are not responsible for the content of these sites or for ensuring that they comply with the data protection regulations.

If you buy access to the IPlife Service that allows you to log in multiple times, our cookies will remain active until the expiration of your access code, up until one year from purchase date.

IPlife may from time to time transmit, store and process your Personal Information on computers located in the E.U. country you use the Service and in some other non-E.U. countries. Please note that the laws on holding personal information in these countries may differ, and further that E.U. offers the protection to data subjects with the high level of guarantees applicable in the European Union (European Commission, Decision n° 2000/518/CE of July 26, 2000 pursuant to Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995). By using the Service you consent to the reasonable transfer of your Personal Information between these countries for the purposes described herein. IPlife will ensure that your information is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
